The parties agree as follows:
1. A £100 refundable damage deposit to be paid at time of arrival.
2. Clients shall be liable for loss or damage caused by client or guests of client.
3. If loss/damage exceeds the deposit, client(s) agree to pay the excess costs in full.
4. A cleaning charge of £50 will be deducted if the property is not in a reasonable state of
cleanliness upon your departure.
5. If all is in order upon departure, the deposit (£100) will be returned.
6. Clients agree to pay the balance of the holiday and the £100 damage deposit upon arrival at
the property.
7. The client is responsible for any defacement to the apt during his/her stay. The client shall
exercise reasonable caution to prevent theft, including locking all doors and windows during
his/her absence from the apt. In the event of a theft, the client agrees to be responsible for
owner’s items and furnishings lost in that theft.
8. Client agrees to act in an appropriate and responsible way throughout their stay to their
enjoyment and that of any neighbours.
9. Clients agree to leave the apt on day of departure by the said given time of 11.00am, unless
otherwise stated by the owner.
10. A charge of £40 will be deducted from the deposit if property keys are lost at any time during
your stay.
11. The owner cannot, under any circumstances be held responsible, by you and your party, for
any damage to the property during rental, or any personal injuries, or loss/damage/theft to
clients personal belongings.
By making a booking and paying your deposit, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
